The Snowear Ltd Terms and Conditions are shown below. We ask that you read and be aware of these whilst using the website - please also note that we reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions when necessary and without prior notice.


Order Processing

We regularly check the Snowear website and in most cases orders are processed and despatched within one working day. Should you place an order then realise that any of the information you have submitted is incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can update the order before we begin to process it.


Information on the Website

Whilst every possible effort is made to ensure that the website remains up to date, in some extreme circumstances information can become incorrect. Should you place an order based on incorrect information we will always contact you before processing the order to inform you of the modification.


Size Queries

Should you need advice regarding sizing please contact: 01892 517807 for assistance. Different brands and styles do differ.


Pricing

VAT is included in our prices at the standard rate where applicable.


Ordering by Telephone

During 9am - 5.00pm we are able to take telephone orders. Please call 01892 517807 with your credit card details ready. You will be asked for your name, address (the address must be the same as the credit card registration address), telephone number and details of your order.


Payment

We accept all main credit/debit cards and AMEX. We also accept cheques made payable to Snowear Ltd. Please write the cheque guarantee number on the back of the cheque. Cheques that are not covered by a guarantee card will take 10 working days to clear. We do not accept notes or coins through the post.


Data Protection and Privacy

To process an order it is necessary to collect personal details of the customer. This personal information will only be used to process your order. We may from time to time email special offers we think you would be interested in. If you DO NOT want to receive these emails please let us know by emailing sales@snowear.co.uk


Customer information will not be disclosed to any third party, unless a credit card security check or cheque clearance is needed.


Delivery and Shipping

  • No goods will be charged for until ready to ship.
  • Products are delivered either by Royal Mail or Courier Service - a signature will be required.
  • Orders will usually be despatched the following day from receipt of order.
  • Should there be a problem with despatch or if items are out of stock you will be notified immediately.

Delivery Charges


  • £6.50 for all UK orders
  • Gift Vouchers will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery - £2.50.

Overseas Delivery Charges


If you are ordering from outside the United Kingdom then your order will be subject to an additional delivery charge.


This additional delivery charge will be calculated upon the completion of your order by one of our team who will contact you to arrange the best postage solution. You can pay this additional delivery charge in a number of ways including by PayPal and over the telephone.

Returns Packaging


Adequate protective packaging must be used to return products to Snowear Ltd. All faulty and non-faulty products must be returned in the original packaging and arrive without any damage in an ‘as new’ condition.


Damaged or Faulty Products

If the products ordered are faulty you will be entitled to a replacement product or full refund. We must be advised by the customer of the faulty product within 7 working days of receipt of product.


Please call Snowear Ltd on 01892 517807 or email sales@snowear.co.uk to arrange the return. When a product is faulty the cost of postage of the return will be met by Snowear Ltd and reimbursed to the customer.


Customers MUST get proof of postage from the Post Office or whichever means of return service they chose.


Non Faulty Products


All customers have the right to cancel an order and obtain a full refund or replacement within 7 working days from receipt of the product. Only the cost of the individual item will be refunded when returned products are not faulty.


Please Note: Products sent out in exchange will incur a further carriage charge when original product is not faulty.


Customers MUST get proof of postage from the Post Office or whichever means of return service they chose.


Refunds/Replacements

  • Refunds should be received by the customer within 30 days of receipt of returned product.
  • We will not make cash refunds.
  • As mentioned before the return costs of a product if it is not faulty must be met by the customer.
  • When refunding non faulty products if they are not received in an 'as new' condition a deduction from the original cost of the product may be made.
  • Replacement products should be sent within 5 working days from receipt of return.
  • Should the item have become out of stock we will call the customer to discuss a suitable product to cover the order.

Statutory Rights

The above Terms and Conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights as a consumer.
